    PCHE (Printed circuit heat exchanger) is a weld-ability, corrosion resistance and plate-type heat exchanger, mainly used in oil and gas industries. A PCHE is manufactured from several corrosion resistance plates that are joined together by diffusion bonding technology.
    Xinhaisen selects 316L stainless steel which is double sided mirror, the thickness is 2mm, the fluid flow channels are made by half chemical etching machining. A PCHE can consist of a single plate or an infinite number of identical plates, The fluid flow patterns are bespoke for each exchanger, Xinhaisen produces the PCHE according to customer’s design and requests.
