Process of High Precision Chemical Etching:
Design Creation: A detailed CAD design is made to define the etching pattern.

Exposure & Development: The design is exposed to UV light and developed, transferring the pattern.
Etching: The metal is immersed in a chemical solution that etches away the exposed areas.
Cleaning: After etching, the component is thoroughly cleaned to remove any residue.
Inspection: The final product is inspected for precision, quality, and tolerance compliance.
